You’ll work closely with leadership and internal teams to keep campaigns moving, maintain clear client communication, and deliver an exceptional client experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Account Management
• Experience in client-facing marketing roles and agency environment
• Hands-on experience with Mailchimp, WordPress, SEO tools, and web analytics

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned client accounts and manage communications
• Lead email marketing campaigns and content updates across platforms
• Oversee website content updates using WordPress and CMS
• Support SEO initiatives with keyword research and analytics
• Prepare client-friendly performance reports and insights
• Coordinate cross-functional marketing workstreams and timelines
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and campaign execution
• Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction across all projects
