Qualifications

• Leverage your education and experience in product management, marketing, sales, technical service and/or business development to create and execute Market Segment and Innovation roadmaps focused on profitable growth.
• Demonstrate ability to analyze markets and prepare and execute business strategies for differentiation and growth.
• Collaborate with the organization to develop best practices and support sales, account and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own development and execution of roadmaps for adhesive, molding and compounding segments to support North American Estane.
• Drive alignment across sales and technical teams to deliver customer value and Lubrizol business goals.
• Conduct market research and voice-of-customer insights to inform go-to-market strategies and innovation pipelines.
