Job summary

MR Cultural Traits is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new market research engagements remotely. The role targets candidates with 1–3 years of MR sales experience and a track record of winning projects from research agencies, consultancies, and client-side insights teams.

You will manage the full BD cycle, coordinate proposals, costings, and negotiations, and work with internal field/project ops to ensure feasible costing and capacity commitments.

Qualifications

• Mandatory: prior Business Development / Sales experience in Market Research or Consulting.
• Strong understanding of Qual & Quant MR services and costing.
• Experience dealing with international agencies is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new MR clients (global agencies, consulting firms, brands, healthcare, B2B, etc.).
• Manage end-to-end BD cycle: lead generation, proposal coordination, costing alignment, follow-ups and closing.
