Resolv Global seeks an experienced Business Development Manager with agency-side medical communications or life sciences experience to drive new client acquisition across the U.S. pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets.

The role focuses on winning business from pharmaceutical and biotech clients for specialized medical communications services and building relationships with senior leaders in Medical Affairs and Medical Information.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in medical communications, healthcare communications, or closely related life sciences agency.
• Proven success generating and closing new B2B business with pharmaceutical/biotech clients.
• Direct experience engaging senior stakeholders in Medical Affairs and/or Medical Information.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engage, and win new pharmaceutical/biotech clients for medical communications services.
• Build relationships with Heads, VPs, Directors, and other senior stakeholders in Medical Affairs and Medical Information.
• Develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and in-person meetings.
• Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting to proposals, negotiations, and closing.
• Understand client needs and position medical communications solutions accordingly.
• Represent the organization at relevant pharma/biotech/medical communications events.
