Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Market Manager, CEM to drive territory strategy and grow share in the Front Range Colorado market. You’ll lead marketing and sales efforts, build strong customer relationships, and provide basic technical service to Amrize customers in your territory.

The role offers remote work from a home office within the Front Range sales area, with occasional travel and relocation assistance for candidates outside the territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• Field of Study preferred: Business, Engineering, Marketing or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in the construction materials industry preferred.
• Experience with Google Suite, SAP, Salesforce, and Qlikview is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and sustain a Business Strategy to gain or protect market share.
• Provide basic technical service to Amrize customers in the territory.
• Lead the territory Marketing and Sales efforts within the Business Unit.
• Monitor the quality and performance of Amrize and competitive products in the territory.
• Position involves travel to meet customers and attend meetings.
• Create clear business strategy for key accounts and increase share.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen customer relationships.
• Develop revenue and product goals that are time-bound and achievable.
• Deliver value to customers and use value selling strategies.
• Maximize potential of accounts and ensure efficient use of time.
• Provide technical assistance and resolve basic product and customer issues.
