Job summary

Amrize is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager for Aggregates to lead a regional sales team and drive revenue, market share, and profitability. You will collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Performance teams to optimize inventory, delivery, and customer outcomes.

The role requires strategic leadership, data-driven decision making, and a focus on EBITDA growth while delivering excellent customer experiences across touchpoints.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of relevant experience in aggregates, ready mix, or heavy construction preferred.
• Experience managing a $100M+ book of business.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, ASP optimization, and EBITDA improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a regional sales team (inside sales and account managers).
• Set targets, conduct pipeline reviews, and drive CRM compliance.
• Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with divisional goals.
• Identify high-value customer segments, pricing opportunities, and product mix strategies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Analytics to optimize delivery, margins and KPIs.
• Oversee key account management, contract negotiations, and partner development.
