Job summary

StyleBlueprint is hiring a Market Leader to launch and grow a local StyleBlueprint market from the ground up, in partnership with the Nashville-based Support Team. The role centers on driving local revenue growth, client relationships, community partnerships, and market performance.

In the first six months, focus heavily on sales, pipeline-building, and partnerships, then expand to client relationships, events, and a potential local team as the market gains traction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in outside sales, business development, or owning a business with proven results.
• Experience in media, marketing, operations, or general management is a plus.
• Proven ability to generate business via prospecting, networking and partnerships.
• Strong business acumen with pipeline, revenue goals, and P&L awareness.
• Established local relationships with businesses and community leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the local revenue strategy to achieve growth goals.
• Build a consistent sales pipeline through prospecting and networking.
• Lead the sales process from outreach to closing with accurate forecasting.
• Identify and pursue advertising and sponsorship opportunities across products.
• Lead local events strategy and partnerships to grow brand and revenue.
