You will oversee field execution, subcontractor management, and quality assurance, with a structured partnership model and performance-based progression.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in residential/commercial construction, property maintenance, remodeling, or field management.
• Ability to spot quality trade work, vet subcontractors, and hold vendors accountable to deadlines and budgets.
• Strong hustle, problem-solving skills, and a drive to build a scalable local business with corporate backing.
• Comfortable using mobile software for job dispatch, time logging, photo documentation, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Field Execution: perform hands-on repair and trade work on active property maintenance orders (Base pay + 50% efficiency bonus).
• Subcontractor Management: dispatch and manage local trade subs on larger jobs, with in-person quality checks (25% efficiency bonus).
• Network Building: recruit, vet, and approve top-tier local subcontractors for the vendor network (10% passive override).
• Quality Assurance: ensure field execution meets standards, document photos, and track job details in the management software.
