Job summary

Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Brand Ambassador in Nashville to lead on the sales floor with strong leadership presence and to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will embody Coach values, increase brand awareness, and support full store operations while driving initiatives and growth.

As a key team member, you will assist in recruiting, coaching, and evaluating staff, analyze sales trends, and promote an inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in managing competitive retail space at the lead supervisor level.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and up to 50 lbs as required on the sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Maintains strong leadership presence on the sales floor to achieve sales targets and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Serves as a Brand Ambassador embodying Coach values and increasing brand awareness.
• Leads implementation of Company initiatives and support full operation of the business.
• Maintain a growth mindset for business and personal development initiatives.
• Establishes trust, promotes collaboration, and fosters an inclusive culture within store and organization.
• Monitors sales data, identifies trends, and makes recommendations to enhance store performance.
• Supports store with recruiting, interviewing, and performance evaluation; provides training as needed.
• Provides feedback and accountability to improve individual and business goals.
