Job summary

AMI in Charlotte, NC seeks a Market Leader to oversee direct sales, business development, and operational oversight for the local branch. You will drive sales initiatives, manage client relationships, and lead strategy to capture new business while ensuring SOP compliance across operations.

You will forecast and plan for the territory, maintain CRM data, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and travel within the territory as required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' related B2B technical sales experience.
• 3–5 years' operations experience; parking operations preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead direct sales initiatives in the Charlotte market and surrounding territory.
• Develop sales leads, provide demonstrations, and present client proposals.
• Promote AMI's product line and partner offerings to existing and new customers.
• Forecast, plan, and manage budgeting for the territory; monitor pipeline.
• Maintain thorough documentation in Salesforce for all accounts and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales Leaders, Operations, Marketing, and Inside Sales to drive BD activities.
• Review RFPs/RFIs with Inside Sales to assess scope and fit.
• Provide timely market intelligence and opportunities feedback to management.
• Control expenses to meet budget guidelines and maintain ethics.
