Job summary

good2grow LLC is seeking a Market Development Manager for remote work in the Greater Minneapolis area. You will collaborate with independent direct store delivery distributors to grow sales in the assigned territory and build local chains within the independent and small format channels.

The role requires 3–5 years in food/beverage/DSD sales, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, and the ability to travel about 80% by car.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3-5 years of sales (CPG/DSD preferred) or related experience.
• Ability to travel ~80% regionally by car.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead distributors to drive annual business performance using Distributor Management.
• Participate in distributor training, ride alongs, and store visits.
• Track and follow up with distributors using VIP Karma app.
• Develop local, larger, and independent market chains.
• Prepare weekly recaps and present at monthly MDM calls.
• Handle administrative duties and expense submissions.
