Job summary

The role focuses on end-user relationships, driving demand, and influencing product selection through field-based efforts with contractors and distributors. Responsibilities include field visits, product demonstrations, and training to build preference, plus collaboration with regional sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, contractor development, or building products.
• Ability to translate technical features into customer value and benefits.
• Willingness to travel regularly within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with high-potential contractors, masons, builders, and other end users to increase penetration and share of wallet.
• Identify and evaluate emerging market segments and develop expansion strategies.
• Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and contractor training to build product preference and address questions.
• Generate demand by identifying upcoming projects and influencing specification activities.
• Coordinate with regional sales to target accounts and hand off qualified opportunities for follow-up.
• Monitor competitive activity and share insights to improve engagement and differentiation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of accounts, interactions, and opportunities.
