Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, English, Business, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant proposal development experience, preferably in California markets.
• Experience in the AEC industry is a plus but not required.
• Demonstrated writing and editing skills.
• Proven client focus with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign for document layout.
• Experience using CoPilot and other AI tools.
• CRM experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing-related activities for the Infrastructure sector's Transportation business line.
• Lead and coordinate proposal efforts from kickoff to submission, ensuring RFP requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with technical staff, business development, and corporate teams to produce high-quality proposals and marketing materials.
• Support the development and execution of marketing strategies and materials that drive growth and brand awareness.
