Job summary

Advanced Infrastructure Design, Inc. is seeking a Marketing Coordinator or Manager to lead and support marketing initiatives, proposals, and communications that raise the firm’s visibility.

You will collaborate with engineers, business development, and operations to create high-quality materials, manage SOQs and presentations, and grow our social media and outreach. This role offers a collaborative environment across offices and opportunities to influence client communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related fields.
• Experience in architectural or engineering companies is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, write, and edit SOQs, proposals, and presentations.
• Support capture activities via research, documentation, and strategy meetings.
• Analyze requirements; build proposal plans, outlines, and schedules.
• Partner with engineers, PMs, and leadership to deliver competitive submissions.
• Maintain collateral (brochures, resumes, project sheets, case studies).
• Update marketing databases; track leads and outcomes.
• Manage and grow social media in alignment with brand goals.
• Research conferences/networking events; coordinate logistics and materials.
• Manage booth/banner inventory; assist with staff travel.
• Support senior staff with outreach and event planning.
