Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in proposal development.
• Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive marketing-related activities for the Infrastructure sector’s Transportation line.
• Lead and coordinate proposals from kick-off through submission, ensuring RFP requirements are met.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships as a trusted partner.
• Collaborate with technical staff, business development, and other teams to deliver high-quality proposals.
• Support development and execution of marketing strategies and materials to drive growth.
