The role supports multiple large pursuits and partners with BD, capture, marketing, and proposal teams.

• Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, journalism, communications, or a related field.
• Typically 10+ years in business development lifecycle including marketing, communications, client management, capture planning, and proposal development.
• Experience with transportation clients in California is required.
• Proven success in capture planning and end-to-end proposal management.

Responsabilidades

• Lead proposal lifecycle from planning through submission and interviews.
• Manage multiple large, long-term, complex pursuits with quality and timelines.
• Develop win themes and persuasive proposal narratives to communicate value.
• Coordinate resources across proposal specialists, designers, and production teams.
• Drive capture planning and early opportunity identification in collaboration with capture managers.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure templates and standards are followed.
• Strengthen client relationships through events and targeted outreach.
• Lead high-priority client management plans and document outcomes in CRM.
• Collaborate with marketing for early opportunity positioning and client engagement.
