Overview
We’re hiring a Technical Sales Development Representative to help drive new business and expand our outbound engine in the energy sector. This is an early-career role with real responsibility. You will build pipeline, sharpen market messaging, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

You do not need deep technical expertise on day one, but you must be willing to learn quickly and engage credibly with technical and commercial buyers across oil and gas and broader energy markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Own daily outbound activity across phone, email, and LinkedIn within target energy accounts.
- Identify and prioritize operators, midstream companies, and key stakeholders.
- Qualify opportunities with commercial awareness and book high-quality meetings.
- Develop working knowledge of product capabilities, differentiators, and regulatory context.
- Engage technical and commercial buyers with increasing confidence.
- Maintain clean, accurate CRM data that supports forecasting and execution.
- Prepare research and materials that elevate meeting quality.
- Surface market feedback, objections, and trends to improve messaging.

Qualifications
- 2–5 years in sales, business development, customer-facing, or technical support roles.
- Comfortable initiating outbound conversations in a performance-driven environment.
- Strong curiosity about technology and value creation.
- Clear communicator with strong organizational discipline.
- Competitive, resilient, and coachable.
Bonus Experience
- Exposure to oil and gas, midstream, environmental services, or energy markets.
- Experience selling into technical or industrial buyers.
- Familiarity with regulatory-driven purchasing environments.
