Job summary

Foundever's NSOS Operational Efficiency team is scaling a Bill-to-Pay Margin Recovery initiative. We seek a Business Analyst to support 50 accounts across the EMEA region, building baselines, diagnosing gaps, and translating findings into prioritized actions.

You will monitor month-over-month performance, quantify GM impact, and collaborate with Operations and Account Management, while not owning execution of actions.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or analytics within a BPO or contact center.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Proven experience with financial performance data and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Build a BTP baseline from financial data to establish the optimal labour cost scenario.
• Diagnose gaps between baseline and actual results, quantifying GM opportunity by root cause.
• Translate findings into structured, prioritized recommendations for Operations or Account Management.
• Track month-over-month GM impact and escalate unresolved issues to leadership when needed.
• Maintain updated account records with status, ownership, and GM impact.
