Job summary

Foundever is expanding its NSOS Operational Efficiency team to optimize gross margin across the EMEA portfolio. The Business Analyst will build baseline analyses, diagnose gaps, and translate financial findings into actionable recommendations for Operations and Account Management.

The role emphasizes clear storytelling to stakeholders, and ongoing tracking of GM improvement while ensuring alignment with the team’s scaling roadmap.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in business analysis or workforce analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience using financial performance data to generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Build BTP baselines from financial data and WFM inputs to establish optimal labour cost scenarios.
• Identify and size GM gaps by root cause: absenteeism, non-productive time, etc.
• Translate findings into structured, prioritized recommendations for Operations and Account Management.
• Track month‑over‑month GM impact and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
