Job summary

FinOps Weekly is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to support billing, accounts payable/receivable, close, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a global tech company. You’ll work with leadership and the Korea office, manage monthly cloud billing across AWS, GCP, and Azure, and help optimize finance operations remotely for continental US.

This role emphasizes automation with AI tools, data analysis, and process improvements while safeguarding sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or operations.
• Fluency in spoken and written Korean.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and complex formulas.
• Experience using AI for data analysis and automation.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly billing for AWS, GCP, and Azure services.
• Reconcile cloud charges with customer billing; resolve discrepancies.
• Support accounts payable/receivable, invoices, collections, remittances, and payment apps.
• Prepare journal entries and reconcile bank statements and GL accounts at close.
• Assist with financial statement preparation.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Analyze spend vs. budget and report variances to leadership.
• Build dashboards for financial, sales, and pipeline data.
• Keep CRM data accurate and current.
• Support expenses, vendor onboarding, contracts, and subscriptions.
• Identify process improvements and implement scalable controls.
• Use AI tools to analyze data, automate tasks, and protect information.
