Job summary

InterSources Inc. seeks a dedicated TBM Financial Lead to drive expense transparency across IT, build and maintain TBM models, and validate inputs with Service Owners. You will refine data sources and ensure accurate cost reporting for stakeholders.

Job description

• Lead and execute TBM Expense Transparency activities across all IT divisions
• Manage the development, maintenance, and refinement of TBM financial models and reporting frameworks
• Partner with Service Owners to validate financial inputs and align cost structures
• Maintain reporting used to communicate spend insights to stakeholders
• Ensure accuracy and clarity of financial reporting by refining data sources and cost modeling assumptions

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Experience in Technology Business Management (TBM) or IT financial management
• Strong understanding of financial operations including budgeting, cost allocation, and financial reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels
• Proven ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful insights

Additional Qualifications

• Familiarity with TBM tools and cost transparency reporting
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ERP systems
