Job summary

Agency is seeking independent Language Alignment & Resource Partners to provide native-level Māori language vetting and QA for an AI data project. Contractors operate remotely and contribute to high-quality, bias-free outputs.

You will annotate AI outputs for grammatical accuracy and cultural context, develop educational resources from quality trends, and support production with linguistic consultation as the project scales.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or other fields requiring high attention to linguistic detail.
• Prior experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Māori language proficiency at C1 or C2.
• Ability to transform feedback and quality trends into structured, actionable educational resources.
• Meticulous approach to language and patterns in native Māori.

Responsibilities

• Provide native-level Māori vetting and linguistic QA for AI data.
• Annotate, review, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy and cultural context.
• Develop and share educational resources to improve alignment between outputs and expectations.
• Support production with linguistic consultation during project scaling.
