Agency seeks independent Language Alignment & Resource Partners to provide native Haitian Creole QA for a specialized AI data project. You will annotate, review, and validate outputs to ensure natural, polished language and cultural accuracy.

As a remote contractor, you will transform feedback and quality trends into structured learning resources, support production vetting, and help grow alignment between AI task outputs and campaign expectations through meticulous linguistic analysis.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics or related fields requiring high linguistic detail.
• Experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Haitian Creole proficiency at C1 or C2.
• Ability to convert feedback and trends into structured educational resources.
• Meticulous attention to language and natural phrasing.

Responsibilities

• Data Annotation & Review: annotate and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy and cultural context.
• Quality Assurance & Vetting: act as a primary quality check during production to fix subtle cultural errors.
• Resource Generation: analyze trends and develop educational resources and feedback documentation.
• Production & Vetting Support: provide native-level language vetting during production scaling and consult throughout.
