Job summary

Agency is seeking independent Language Alignment & Resource Partners to provide native-level Norwegian vetting and QA for a specialized AI data project. Contractors will annotate and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy and naturalness, ensure cultural relevance, and contribute educational resources for ongoing improvement.

This is a remote freelance engagement with pay ranges by experience and location; candidates should demonstrate meticulous linguistic attention and prior data-annotation

Qualifications

• Must have linguistics or related field experience.
• Experience in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Proficient Norwegian at C1 or C2.
• Ability to turn feedback into educational resources.
• Attention to linguistic detail and cultural nuance.

Responsibilities

• Annotate and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy and naturalness.
• Quality assurance to identify cultural errors or awkward phrasing in Norwegian.
