Agency seeks independent Language Alignment & Resource Partners (LARPs) to provide native-level Nepali language vetting and QA for a specialized AI data project. Responsibilities include annotating, testing, and validating outputs to ensure natural, unbiased language and cultural accuracy.

Contractors will review data, produce educational resources, and support production scale with linguistic consultation.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable work or educational experience in linguistics, education, or other fields requiring high attention to linguistic detail.
• Prior, tangible experience working in human data evaluation or annotation.
• Verified Nepali language proficiency of C1 or C2.
• The ability to transform raw feedback into structured, actionable educational resources.
• Meticulous approach to language and ability to identify subtle, unnatural phrasing in Nepali.

Responsabilités

• Operate autonomously to provide linguistic QA and develop alignment resources.
• Review, annotate, and test AI outputs for grammatical accuracy, naturalness, and cultural context.
• Act as primary quality check during production to identify and correct cultural errors.
• Analyze task quality trends and develop educational resources and feedback documentation.
