Job summary

L2L, a remote-first manufacturing software company, is seeking a Manufacturing Solutions Engineer to help manufacturers implement the platform, drive adoption, and improve operational performance. The role engages with frontline teams and business leaders, requiring strong manufacturing know-how and practical coaching.

This position travels about 35% and supports global customer sites, collaborating with Customer Success and product teams to deliver measurable improvements and lasting value.

Qualifications

• Manufacturing experience with KPIs and digital transformation.
• Ability to translate customer goals into practical plans and measurable results.
• Experience leading implementations and technology adoption.
• Strong facilitation, training, and project management skills.
• Comfort working with frontline employees and senior leaders.
• Willingness to travel to global customer sites.
• Experience with Lean, kaizen, or similar continuous improvement approaches.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer implementations from discovery to go-live.
• Define goals, milestones, and measures of success with customers.
• Coach customers to adopt L2L in daily workflows.
• Facilitate customer sessions, kaizens, and onsite engagements.
• Use adoption and operational data to identify gaps and propose improvements.
• Build relationships across plant teams and leadership.
• Collaborate with Customer Success on account planning and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to feed customer feedback into product improvements.
