Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Expert to drive finance transformation across North American manufacturing operations. You will partner with Plant Controllers, Regional Finance and business leaders to optimize processes, governance and reporting.

The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing finance, strong ERP and data-analytics skills, and a strategic mindset for cross-functional initiatives. Remote work available with a US-wide scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance, controlling, cost accounting, financial operations, or manufacturing accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives including ERP implementations, automation, digital finance solutions and reporting enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve financial processes, strengthen controls, and enhance performance.
• Provide technical leadership on manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, costing methodologies, financial reporting and compliance.
