The role requires 8+ years in manufacturing finance, ERP implementations, and cross-functional collaboration, with expertise in cost accounting and reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations, automation, digital finance solutions, process optimization, and reporting enhancements.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving Finance, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and Corporate Accounting to improve financial processes and controls.
• Provide technical leadership on manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, costing methodologies, financial reporting, and compliance.
