Job summary

Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Expert to lead North American finance transformation, ERP initiatives, and cross-functional improvements. You will partner with Plant Controllers, regional finance, and operations to strengthen governance and drive value.

You will guide complex manufacturing accounting, costing, reporting and automation efforts, delivering insights and standardized processes across multiple sites in North America.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is required.
• CPA, CMA, MBA or similar certification is preferred.
• 8+ years in manufacturing finance, controlling or cost accounting.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives, ERP implementations, automation, and reporting enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, IT, and Corporate Accounting to improve processes and controls.
• Provide leadership on manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, and cost methods.
• Analyze metrics to drive improved performance and governance.
• Develop reporting and analytics to support leadership decisions.
• Identify opportunities for standardization and continuous improvement.
• Provide mentoring to Plant Controllers and regional finance teams.
