Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Expert to support North American manufacturing finance. You will guide finance transformation, partner with plant controllers and regional teams, and drive standardized processes across ERP platforms.

The role emphasizes automation, governance, and strong analytical skills to improve operational performance and financial results. Remote work is available with a national scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance or related field.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, standard costing, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations and automation enhancements.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT, and Corporate Accounting to optimize processes and controls.
• Provide leadership on complex manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, and cost accounting.
• Analyze performance metrics and financial trends to drive improvements in business performance.
• Develop and enhance reporting, analytics, and KPIs to support leadership decisions.
• Mentor Plant Controllers and regional finance teams to strengthen capability.
