Job summary

You will partner with Plant Controllers, Regional Finance, and business leaders to resolve complex manufacturing finance issues and drive standardized processes across manufacturing operations.
The role emphasizes ERP implementations, automation, and continuous improvement to enhance operational performance and financial governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- CPA, CMA, MBA or other relevant certification preferred.
- 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance or related fields.
- Experience leading ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives.
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead finance transformation initiatives including ERP implementations and automation.
- Drive cross-functional projects with Finance, Operations, Procurement, and IT to strengthen controls and performance.
- Provide leadership on manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation, and cost reporting.
- Analyze performance metrics and financial trends to support strategic decisions.
- Develop reporting, analytics, and KPIs to improve financial visibility for leadership.
- Identify opportunities to standardize processes and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
