Hydro Extrusion USA, LLC is seeking a Financial Operations Expert to guide North American finance for manufacturing operations. You will partner with Plant Controllers, Regional Finance and business leaders to resolve complex issues, drive standardized processes, and advance finance transformation for stronger governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA, CMA, MBA, or other relevant professional certification preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in manufacturing finance or related roles.
• Experience leading ERP implementations and finance transformation initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation and costing.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple organizational levels.
• Advanced skills in financial governance, internal controls and risk management.
• Proven ability to manage complex initiatives while balancing priorities.
• Proficiency with Oracle, SAP S/4HANA, AS400, Hyperion, and Power BI.
• Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance transformation initiatives, including ERP implementations and automation.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, IT and Corporate Accounting to improve processes.
• Provide technical leadership on manufacturing accounting, inventory valuation and cost methods.
• Analyze performance metrics and financial trends to guide decisions.
• Develop reporting, analytics, and performance metrics for visibility and governance.
• Identify opportunities to standardize and automate finance processes.
• Lead assessments for new processes and system implementations with recommendations.
• Provide mentoring and knowledge sharing to regional finance teams.
• Promote continuous improvement and financial stewardship across NA finance.
