Pursuit is seeking a Managing Director to drive new business for its professional services and managed services practice. The role targets multimillion-dollar engagements and requires building a pipeline and relationships with C-level executives.

Fully remote in the United States, the ideal candidate has a proven track record in selling managed services and consulting, closing large deals, and navigating complex sales cycles for long-term value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional services or consulting sales experience.
• Proven experience selling managed services engagements.
• Demonstrated success closing $1M+ consulting or managed services deals, with $5M+ deal experience preferred.
• Ability to independently generate new business and leverage an established network of executive relationships.
• Proven track record selling directly to C-level decision-makers.
• Strong business acumen and a consultative, outcomes-driven sales approach.

Responsabilités

• Drive new business through the sale of managed services, L&D-as-a-Service, and professional consulting solutions.
• Build and manage your own pipeline by leveraging personal networks, industry relationships, and strategic prospecting.
• Develop relationships with C-suite executives and position solutions around business outcomes and long-term value.
• Identify and close large-scale consulting and managed services engagements.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor within your target industries.
• Navigate complex, consultative sales cycles with a focus on long-term, high-value opportunities.
