Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience and at least two years in Talent Acquisition, Sales, Human Resources, or Business Development with a proven deals record.
• Experience presenting to senior executives (C-Level) and managers as well as technical/non-technical staff.
• Success in leading and executing the sales process with strong business, organizational, and professional skills.
• Consultative selling and relationship management to drive results with clients.
• Deep IT industry knowledge and connections within the Atlanta employer landscape.
• Creativity in developing solutions, including statements of work and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Develop an enterprise-level employer business development strategy with internal and external stakeholders.
• Cross-sell training opportunities and development services with Per Scholas offerings.
• Analyze industry trends to understand market and competitors.
• Secure 5–10 employer accounts committing to 7+ hires annually across IT support, software engineering, cybersecurity, and entry-level cloud roles.
• Build consultative client relationships in Metro Atlanta and understand their business needs.
• Collaborate with Director, career coach, and instructors to align student opportunities with employer needs.
• Manage accounts for high customer satisfaction and maintain CRM records (Salesforce).
• Handle additional tasks assigned by the direct manager.
