Per Scholas is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for priority roles. You will identify top passive candidates through advanced sourcing techniques, coordinate interview logistics, and manage the full cycle from intake to offer.

Candidates should have 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, be proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean search, and demonstrate strong organizational and calendar management skills.
