Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships based in the United States to expand philanthropic support and advance financial inclusion for underserved communities worldwide.

You will cultivate relationships with individual donors, philanthropic advisors, and strategic giving partners to grow long-term engagement and funding, and collaborate across fundraising, finance, marketing, communications, and technology teams.

Qualifications

• At least five years of nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, donor relations, or a related field.
• Experience cultivating and stewarding individual donors and prospects.

Responsabilités

• Manage donor relationships and engagement strategies for mid-level and major-gift donors.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with donor-advised funds and philanthropic advisors.
• Enhance donor experience through improved digital journeys and giving opportunities.
• Represent the organization externally in donor meetings and conferences.
• Plan donor engagement events, virtual and in-person, to deepen relationships.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for accurate gift documentation and reporting.
• Support impact-driven fundraising materials with data, borrower stories, and program info.
• Maintain CRM records and track prospect pipelines.
