You will cultivate relationships with donors and strategic partners to grow long-term engagement and funding, collaborating with fundraising, finance, marketing, and technology teams to optimize donor experiences and engagement strategies.

Qualifications

• At least five years in nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, or donor relations.
• Ability to develop donor engagement strategies and guide prospects toward commitments.
• Familiarity with donor-advised funds and major-gift fundraising.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for proposals, reports, and communications.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of mid-level and major-gift donors and prospects with personalized engagement plans.
• Build partnerships with donor-advised fund sponsors and philanthropic advisors.
• Improve donor experiences through digital journeys and targeted communications.
• Represent the organization in donor meetings, conferences, and thought leadership events.
• Plan virtual and in-person donor engagement events to deepen relationships and generate prospects.
• Coordinate gift documentation and tracking with finance and partnerships teams.
• Gather impact data and borrower stories to create compelling donor materials.
• Maintain CRM records, track engagement, and measure fundraising performance.
• Lead donor communications and ensure consistent messaging across channels.
• Analyze campaign results and refine outreach strategies for better actions.
