Job summary

Partner Organization is seeking a Manager, Strategic Partnerships to expand philanthropic support and advance financial inclusion for underserved communities worldwide. You will cultivate relationships with donors, philanthropic advisors, and giving partners to grow engagement and funding.

The role collaborates with fundraising, finance, marketing, communications, and technology teams to strengthen donor experiences, develop persuasive proposals, and produce impact-driven communications.

Qualifications

• Five+ years in nonprofit fundraising, strategic partnerships, donor relations, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Manage donor relationships and engagement with mid-level and major gifts.
• Develop strategic giving partnerships with donor-advised funds and philanthropic advisors.
• Enhance donor experience across digital and in-person channels.
• Represent the organization externally at meetings, conferences, and events.
• Plan donor engagement events to deepen relationships and generate prospects.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives for gift documentation and stewardship.
• Support impact-driven fundraising materials with data and stories.
• Maintain donor CRM records and track engagement and progress.
• Lead donor communications and marketing for consistent messaging.
• Evaluate outreach performance and optimize campaigns and events.
