Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Manager, Microsoft & Unified Communications to own the enterprise collaboration and communications environment, focusing on Microsoft 365 services and related technologies. You will lead governance, optimization, and operational excellence while partnering with Cybersecurity, Compliance, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience;
• 7+ years of enterprise collaboration/ infrastructure experience;
• 2+ years of people leadership experience;
• Strong Microsoft 365 administration experience, including Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive;
• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and technology projects.

Responsibilities

• Serve as platform owner for Microsoft 365 and manage supporting collaboration technologies.
• Lead governance and optimization initiatives for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and Compliance teams to ensure secure use of Microsoft services.
• Oversee strategic leadership for enterprise communications, including Teams Voice and contact center technology.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and administrators, ensuring operational excellence.
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure projects align with budget and governance standards.
• Support security, privacy, and compliance requirements, aligning with organizational objectives.
