Job summary

SSM Health in the United States is seeking a M365 Collaboration Administrator to support core infrastructure and manage the Microsoft 365 suite across the organization’s digital environment. This role helps ensure reliability, scalability, and a great end-user experience.

You’ll handle deployment, incident response, documentation, and collaboration tooling such as Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Copilot, and Viva, with exposure to Azure, Active Directory, and Intune.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent years of experience and education.
• Three years' experience within area of discipline.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and works support queue.
• Conducts hardware and software deployment, upgrades, patching, backup, and recovery.
• Performs a variety of tasks associated with the installation, maintenance, security and repair of hardware and software.
• Performs infrastructure and application documentation.
• Reviews systems and practices to ensure compliance with procedures and standards.
• Provides technical support for problems and changes.
• Mentors and trains others on team.
• Manages complex infrastructure projects.
• Remains current in technical area or discipline via annual technical training and/or technical certifications.
• Resolves and reports on issues.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
