• Experience managing vendors, contracts, and technology projects.

• Serve as platform owner for Microsoft 365 and manage supporting collaboration technologies.
• Lead governance and optimization initiatives for the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
• Partner with Cybersecurity and Compliance teams to ensure secure use of Microsoft services.
• Oversee strategic leadership for enterprise communications, including Teams Voice and contact center technology.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and administrators, ensuring operational excellence.

For our client, we are seeking a Manager, Microsoft & Unified Communications to join the team of a leader in the healthcare space.

This role will own the enterprise collaboration and communications environment, with a focus on Microsoft 365 services and the technologies that support secure, efficient teamwork across the organization.

You will lead governance, optimization, and operational excellence efforts while partnering closely with Cybersecurity, Compliance, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable service delivery.

The position also includes people leadership responsibilities, guiding a team of engineers and administrators while aligning platform decisions to budget, risk, and organizational objectives.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $115,700 - $150,500 annually
