Job summary

Education Resource Strategies seeks a Manager, Field Engagement and Implementation for its SPEND Initiative. This fully remote, U.S.-based senior individual contributor role leads state and district pilots, bridging partners with the technical and leadership teams to deliver practical solutions.

You’ll take ownership of ambiguous tasks, ensure high-quality data, and adapt as SPEND grows. Expect 4–8 annual travel trips to collaborate in person and frequent stakeholder communications with state

Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of project/partnership management experience.
• Independent problem solving on open-ended projects.
• High standards for accuracy in data, timing, and planning.
• Comfort with data sheets and communicating with technical teams.
• Strong communication and empathy with state and district partners.
• Willingness to adapt when priorities shift and hit deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead state agency pilots and district partnerships, keeping milestones on track.
• Bridge partners, technical teams, and external organizations to prevent roadblocks.
• Draft grant reporting sections, partner updates, and other written materials.
