Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of equivalent work experience and HS diploma/GED.
• Minimum 5 years of compensation experience.
• Minimum 2 years of leading and managing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of compensation professionals.
• Provide strategic compensation guidance to executives and HR partners.
• Oversee full-cycle annual compensation process including salary planning and governance.
• Design and administer compensation programs including sales compensation initiatives.
