RTA is seeking a Manager of Infrastructure, Cloud Operations & IT to lead a cross-functional team across Cloud Engineering, Infrastructure, DevOps, Database Engineering, Security, and IT. The role emphasizes reliability, scalability, and an AI-powered transformation of operations.

Remote-friendly with occasional travel to Glendale, AZ, you’ll report to executive leadership and own the technology foundation that keeps Fleet360 secure and performant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or related is welcomed but not required.
• Experience leading cross-functional cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, security, DB, and IT teams.
• Strong background in production reliability, monitoring, and incident management.
• Proven ability to translate complex tech into clear priorities for executives.
• Experience using AI/automation to improve workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own operational health of cloud infrastructure, reliability, security, and capacity planning.
• Build and lead a high-performing, distributed Infrastructure & Operations team.
• Develop a measurable AI/automation roadmap with business impact.
• Improve incident response times and post-incident learning.
• Drive CI/CD, IaC, and deployment reliability across engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to bake reliability into decisions.
