Zusammenfassung

RTA is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to help build Fleet360, our fleet-management SaaS platform. This high-ownership, high-impact role involves shaping solutions across the stack, making architectural decisions, and raising the engineering bar for the team.

You will own features end to end—from browser to database—design APIs, debug production issues, and optimize queries. We operate as an AI-first engineering organization, using tools that speed delivery and improve quality.

Qualifikationen

• 5–7+ years of professional software engineering with ownership of production software.
• Full-stack capability across browser, API, database, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Production-scale Node.js and TypeScript APIs/services.
• Relational database design, SQL optimization, and data integrity.
• AI-assisted development with sound engineering judgment.

Aufgaben

• Own features end to end: idea to production across frontend, API, and backend.
• Build great user experiences with understanding of data and systems.
• Design and build back-end services and APIs in Node.js/TypeScript.
• Work AI-first throughout daily workflow for speed and quality.
• Improve engineering practices and drive AI-enabled productivity.
• Collaborate across Product, QA, Support, and other engineers.
