Bon Secours Mercy Health seeks a Manager Clinical Services to lead the Operation Integration Specialists in practice transformation programs, driving patient-centric, value-based care models. You will align with Ambulatory Care Managers, CTN, and COM to ensure high-performing teams and timely government reporting.

You will oversee resources, timelines, and governance while maintaining relationships with providers to support program goals.

• Educates and guides the OIS/teams on practice transformation activities and tools.
• Liaises between OIS and population health teams, escalating issues to leadership.
• Manages rounding schedules, onboarding, and regulatory reporting workflows.
• Develops and maintains team plan to meet deadlines and program requirements.
• Supports providers and care teams to implement quality improvement activities.
• Collects, analyzes, and reports quality and performance metrics with data teams.
