Mercy Health seeks a Manager Clinical Services to lead the Operation Integration Specialists in transforming administrative and clinical practices within value-based care programs. The role coordinates education, performance metrics, and government reporting while building high-performing teams.

The position requires strong analytics, project leadership, and the ability to partner with care teams, with remote work options and up to 10% travel annually.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Healthcare Administration or nursing field required.
• 5+ years of ambulatory healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to lead multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Educates and leads the OIS team on practice transformation activities and required tools.
• Lorges as liaison between OIS and population health teams; monitor and escalate issues.
• Manage OIS team activities, onboarding, communications, and government reporting
• Develops and maintains the team plan, resources, tasks, and timelines to meet program requirements.
• Supports providers and care teams to implement quality improvements and cost-efficient care.
• Collects, analyzes and reports quality and performance metrics with data teams.
