Federal Aviation Administration in the United States is seeking a Management and Program Analyst for AFB-130. You will perform a mix of routine and varied assignments in support of the full range of branch administrative and analyst duties.

This role requires evaluating the effectiveness of position management, personnel actions, organizational change, telework policy, and information management, with analysis of internal programs.

Formación

• Education must demonstrate the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
• Submit a copy of your college or university transcript to qualify based on education.
• Foreign education must be evaluated by a private professional organization or an accredited U.S. institution.

Responsabilidades

• Provides business analysis and advice to management on evaluating effectiveness of position management and related policies.
• Performs analysis of internal programs and assists in updating policies and procedures.
• Supports time and attendance reviews and coordinates with staff to resolve discrepancies.

Educación

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree

3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education
