Fisher Agency, part of the Globe Life family, is seeking a Sales Representative to connect with prospective clients and guide them through life insurance and related solutions. You will develop relationships, present options clearly, and grow your sales skills in a supportive environment.

Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enjoy working with people, and can work evenings from a remote home office. Spanish language skills and prior customer service experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• * Build relationships with prospective clients and identify sales opportunities.
• * Present insurance products clearly and guide customers through coverage options.

• * Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after enrollment.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• * Experience interacting with prospective clients, policyholders, or warm leads over phone, email, or Zoom.
• * Fluent in English.
• * Must reside in the United States.
• * Availability to work evenings.
• * A quiet home workspace with reliable internet and a laptop.
