Veeva Systems is seeking a Managed Services Consultant for its Remote, full-time Commercial Services team. You’ll deliver ongoing professional services around Vault PromoMats & Vault Medical, with no travel requirement and potential travel for internal events.

You’ll configure, support, and optimize client implementations, build dashboards, and help customers achieve their business vision using Veeva content management solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years configuring or implementing content management software.
• Strong customer service or consulting experience with clients.
• Ability to quickly understand client requirements and articulate solutions.
• Experience managing client requests and setting expectations.

Responsabilités

• Provide post-go-live consulting and admin support for multiple clients.
• Configure live applications: processes, taxonomy, security, and notifications.
• Bulk import/export of content and data and create reports/dashboards.
• Suggest features and best practices; maintain production and sandbox environments.
